Nearly everything we make starts out as a flat piece of metal.  Our manufacturing
processes cut, bend, weld and paint the raw materials into finished products.  If
you need a custom product, chances are we can make it!

Our capabilities include:

Metal Stamping: We can cut and punch shapes from metal using our computer
controlled, automated turret punch machine.  This allows us to produce parts
directly from computer-based blueprints, with incredible precision and speed.

Bending of sheet metal: Our machinery bends metal into shape to create depth
and shapes from flat metal.

Spot Welding and Riveting: We can spot weld and rivet materials together to
attach them strongly and securely.

Powder Coat Painting: We can powder coat paint your product any color to your
specifications.  Powder paint provides the most attractive and longest lasting
finish for metal products, and is superior to wet paint.  The paint is baked on in
our large paint oven.  We can also paint non-metal materials such as glass.

Baking and Heating: We use a large drying oven to bake-on the paint finish on
our products.  Our oven is 10' wide, 6' tall, and 6' deep, to accommodate very
large items.  The oven can be bake powder paint, or for any other application
requiring heat.

Silk Screening:  We can silk screen logos and designs onto our products using
the color of your choice.  We use precise color matching in our metal silk
screening process to ensure a perfect color match.  We can also apply stickers
and other decorative or informational items to the product.

Product Assembly: We can assemble components into finished products.

Packaging:  We are experienced at packaging your items to minimize shipping
costs, and can package the items for wholesale or retail distribution.

Our New York manufacturing facility is especially well suited to metal box and
enclosure manufacturing.
